Since 1955, Calgary Foundation has brought donors and local charities together to meet the needs of Calgary and area, today and for generations to come. Through permanent endowments, we make grants across arts and heritage, social services, education, the environment, health and wellbeing, and grassroots community initiatives, supporting more than 1,300 charitable organizations in 2024–25 alone. Our vision is a healthy, vibrant community where everyone belongs.

Rise Calgary is a nonprofit working to end poverty in our city by helping people build social and financial stability. We offer Calgarians in need emergency financial help through the Basic Needs Fund, free tax filing, and financial and mobility coaching, with locations in Forest Lawn, Ogden, Ranchlands, and Siksika Nation. Our vision is simple: everyone moves forward.
FCJ Christian Life Centre is a welcoming faith-based community that offers a safe and supportive space for personal, emotional, and spiritual growth. Through our counselling partnership, we provide compassionate accompaniment and companionship, walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions, within the warm and peaceful surroundings of our historic building along the Elbow River, an oasis in the heart of the city. Together, we hope to foster healing, hope, and well-being through a caring and supportive community.
Accessible Housing Society creates inclusive, accessible housing and supportive programs that empower people with limited mobility to live independently, connect with their communities, and thrive. Through innovative housing solutions, accessibility services, and community-based programs, we open doors so everyone can have a home, belong, and participate in our community.
